Joachim is a consultant for SAP Business Warehouse and integrated planning. Already in 1995, he was involved in the first global SAP introduction of a pharmaceutical company in the USA and has been an SAP consultant since 1998. Until 2002, his focus was on SAP SD and sales reporting. In 2002, he started with SAP BW and in 2011 integrated planning was added. He has accumulated experience in the pharmaceutical, metal processing, food, energy, electrical, telecommunications, chemical and engineering sectors. In many international projects, Joachim has worked on all areas from conception to implementation and support. He is active both in the BW backend, as well as in the frontend (BEx and Analysis for Office).
Patrick von Aufschnaiter

Dr. Thomas Biber
Thomas Biber has been working for 2 years with a dot.com company in Washington DC and in London, before he joined SAP in Walldorf in 1999. At SAP he has been a consultant and project manager in numerous SAP BI projects in Germany, Switzerland and Sweden. Between 2005 and 2006 he worked as a Senior Manager for Siemens Business Services based in Berlin, with a strong focus on SAP & BI project sales. Thomas has worked in many different industries and has an excellent overview over industry specific processes, IT or SAP related questions and respective customer strategies. Since 2006 he is the founder and managing director of www.biber-associates.de – a highly specialized executive search agency, recruiting top SAP professionals and managers for a prestigious selection of customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Marc is Solution Architect in the areas of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. He has collected more than 20 years of BI experience in the following industries: retail, banking, insurance and in the public sector. Due to his participation in numerous projects, Marc has an extensive knowledge in Informatica PowerCenter, Teradata, MicroStrategy and SAP BW environment with a deep understanding of the concepts of relational and multidimensional databases and a strong focus on different technical areas like modelling, development, performance optimization and reporting strategies.
Since 2001 he is working as a self-employed Solution Architect and in the year 2008 he founded productive-data GmbH, a business consultancy which is concentrating on BI/DWH-projects and -products.
Christian Buck has been working within the field of SAP BI since the early days of SAP’s development of the Business Warehouse. He has numerous projects under his belt and is now working with the latest SAP technologies. Christian started out as ABAP/OO developer and is now working as a BI Architect and development lead. His project experiences include BI implementations and projects in several industries such as Banking, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Retail industries. Nils is an active SAP Business Warehouse Developer since 1999, when version 1.2B was released. He participated in numerous projects including Edeka, Hollister, Deutsche Telekom, and Fielmann. In 2013 he was certified by SAP as Certified SAP HANA Application Consultant. He additionally masters R, postgreSQL, Oracle RDBMS, Amazon RedShift, and Tableau and all methods associated with it.
For several years, Nils has worked as a University Lecturer for Computer Sciences and has authored several books and articles on Business Intelligence.
Markus is working in the area of SAP since 2003. In 2007 he specialized in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and since that time he is working with this application in different project roles.
Markus has already successfully worked in all phases of a project life cycle, beginning with the finalization of customer’s requirements, creation of design documents, implementations of data models including programming in ABAP up to go-live activities. Additionally he was also a part of the application support team of an already productive BW system in two of his roles.
Within the BW area Markus’ roles included different tasks as the extraction of data from source systems, creation of data flows, definition and implementation of authorization models and buildup of reporting solutions. During his past projects Markus worked in different industries and for different customers like Siemens (High-Tech, Energy and Transportations), Vodafone (Telecommunications), BMW (Automotive), Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Public services) and BASF (Chemistry).
In addition to this SAP BW focus Markus is interested in EDW and LSA concepts. In future he is looking forward to start working on concepts of in-memory technologies.

Ralf Herrberg has got seventeen years of SAP experience in SAP BW, Logistic processes & business consulting. He gained his experience in national and international projects as Senior Consultant and Manager in the following industries: plant and machinery construction, consumer goods industry, automotive industry as well as oil industry. He designs and implements complex SAP BW architecture end-to-end starting from the business key data concept, data modelling, data staging, extraction of SAP and legacy systems ending with the reporting with BEx and WEB Application Designer. Furthermore he has planning integration knowledge. He excels in deep BW know-how and in good knowledge of economical processes, integrative process, planning and the symbiosis of processes and IT.
Markus Herrmann is a Solution Architect with 15 years of SAP experience. Since 1997 he is gaining experience in Data Warehousing. With a deep business economic understanding and strong SAP R/3 knowledge, Markus is able to implement complex reporting requirements using SAP BW. Starting with Hyperion Essbase, he is now working since 15 years with SAP BW. As BI senior consultant he has collected many project experiences within different industries in various roles. Janna Horstmann is Consultant for SAP with more than seven years of consulting and development experience, three years at SAP Deutschland AG & CO KG. She consults enterprises in the area of Business Warehousing and Planning.

Robert Klein is principal consultant with 11 years of software consulting and development experience. In numerous projects within various branches he was able to collect experiences as Workflow and BI consultant e.g. either within an implementation role, the role of the stream lead or the project management lead as well as data (warehouse) and solution architect. Also he was software developer for SAP in the areas of crossapplications, interface technologies, ABAP and C(++). Ralf Klepp is Senior Consultant for SAP NetWeaver BI. He has collected over 9 years experience with software from SAP in different companies as an employee in IT-Departments and as an external consultant in the following industries: automotive, healthcare, consulting, food and household equipments. Due to his participation in many projects, Mr. Klepp has gathered extensive knowledge in the SAP BI environment and the SAP ERP modules FI and CO. Stephan Kohl is a Senior Consultant and Developer for SAP Business Intelligence with more than ten years of experience. In these years he has worked for several companies in the following industries: automotive, pharma, education, industry and energy. In this time, he was able to gather experience in numerous projects covering all project phases from gathering business requirements to building high complex reporting solutions.

Hans is a Senior BI Consultant with more than 10 years of experience with SAP BW, BW Integrated Planning and SAP-SEM Strategic Enterprise Management. He gained his experience within the SAP Group in the roles of product manager for SAP SEM, SAP BW/BI/SEM Consultant and as controller in charge for the management reporting tools and processes within the Process Team of the SAP Group Controlling.

Declan is a Senior Consultant and has over 10 years SAP experience - starting as a developer for R/3 before moving into BI Consulting. Sorin Pascu graduated in business economics at University of Hohenheim / Germany and worked as BI consultant since 2004, among others with SAP Deutschland AG & Co KG.

Dr. Stefan Paul
Stefan is a certified SAP Business Intelligence consultant and SAP BI Project Manager with over 20 years of consulting experience (self-employed since 2000). The main focus of Stefan is the project coordination in complex business scenarios and BI landscapes. Due to more than 15 years of experience with SAP’s BI solution he is strong in all areas of SAP BI implementation: Backend, Frontend, Data Modeling, Authorizations and Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts like LSA++.

Dr. Ulrich von Rechberg
Dr. Ulrich v. Rechberg received his diploma in computer science from the Technical University of Munich. He develops customer solutions and consults since 1998 in managerial accounting, since 2000 also in business intelligence.
After working for two years for an automotive manufacturer and subsequently completing his doctoral degree at the WHU in Vallendar, he was employee of SAP in the business area consulting for 10 years and then started his own business. Dr. Ulrich v. Rechberg worked as a solution consultant and project manager in the SAP applications Businesss Intelligence (BI), Business Planning and Simulation (BPS), Integrated Planning (IP), Investment Management (IM), Profitability Accounting (CO-PA), overhead cost management (CO-OM), project system (PS) and profit center accounting (EC-PCA).
